Ordered it on Friday, it arrived on the following Tuesday. Totally satisfied with shipping turnaround time.Others have commented on size - too large or too small. True, it makes things tight for a second upright water bottle, but my cage is mounted to the lower frame from pedals to handlebars. The angle of the stiffener in the edges of the bag is pretty specific; on my bike the angle of the frame is just slightly greater than that of the bag, and the velcro strap for the top frame is on the short side. I am still getting the "feel" for the bag, and may wind up loosening the lowest strap to allow the top portion to lie flush with the bottom of the frame tube (the upper tube is oblong in profile, while the upright is round and narrower diameter). Some have complained that their knees hit the bag while pedaling, and honestly I don't see how that could happen. Maybe on a narrow-tube road bike the bag might be wider than the tube, but on my mountain bike the bag is only slightly wider than the tube and unless the rider is really looking for it, it is unnoticable visually and tucked far enough back to be totally out of the way.I am a pocket guy, and was still figuring out what this would hold for me. I have a small top-tube frame bag with cell phone window by Roswheel for cell phone, wallet, keys, and the like. I am using it now to store head and taillight (when not needed) and spare batteries, but also see using it for rain gear for me, rain cover for the bike, and potentially rain covers for the panniers I will soon be adding to my commuting package - all lightweight, flat-packing items that should fit well. The bag is more rigid than I would have thought, between the heavy-duty shoulder strap and the rigid bag reinforcement there is very little give. I might like to see dual-sided entry zippers to give access to the contents from either side, but with the zipper on the right I can get into it easily while the bike is leaning to the left on its stand. Getting into it while on the go might be problematic, but I see very few scenarios where that might be necessary.
