I drink this every night before I go to bed. It’s my favorite tea! The chamomile makes me a little sleepy. I originally got some at the Christmas Tree Shops but I rarely see it there anymore and I never see it available in any grocery stores. Love this tea!!A lot of tea for the price. Bigelow has always tasted good in my opinion. I've had better tasting chamomile mint from a Meijer brand in Michigan, however, it's still soothing. I would say the chamomile overpowers the mint a bit.Love this tea. Iced it is refreshing in the summer and it’s comforting to drink hot in the winterBought for my 90 y.o.
