America has some serious culinary deficincies. there is our beer (what author Edward Abbey called "angel piss"); there is our awful fast food; and then there is our tea.Used to be, Lipton was OK, but a few years ago they seem to have adopted a Jack Welch the hell-with-the customer attitude & their "tea" is an abomination - both the bags and the instant. So I went with Tetley British Brew which is OK but if you want the real thing you should go wit the UK import, which this is. Wonderful tea - heavenly! And not expensive - you get a ton of tea bags in a puch. Enjoy!BTW for instant tea get the WAKA Kenyan powdered tea - very fine and also avilable fair-traded at Amazon.Like the flavorTetley tea is very smooth and tasty with no bitterness. Very happy with purchase.I use these to make my 2 quart pitchers of tea. When I ordered them, I didn't realize they were pods. But they work just as well as tea bags would. The flavor of this tea is amazing! I make my tea pretty strong and put 2 packets of saccharin sweetener in the 2 quart pitcher. I don't like the sweetness to over power the taste of this tea! I've always drank grocery store teas, but thought I'd try these from Amazon. I'm so glad I did. Best tea I've ever had!I really enjoy orange people tea. This is the best.I have a cup of tea every night and I enjoy the flavor of itThis is the best one cup tea bag from Great Britain. It has a very good flavorI drink tea with every meal every day!Everyone in this lush green land of the United Kingdom knows that a nice cup of tea is the remedy for everything from mental illness to your legs dangling off after you've been hit by a dustbin truck. That is why you need some teabags in the cupboard, just in case life gives you a kick in the nuts and you need the beautiful elixir that is a nice cup of tea. This item fulfils that role and should have a prize position, right next to your first aid kit or medicine cabinet.I've tried all the top teas from Typhoo, PG Tips, Yorkshire, Fortnum and Mason, Twinings, etc. This is my favourite so far. It has a lovely smooth taste and there's no bitterness or "soilage" of the leaves left in the cup. It's even as well priced as Typhoo!Notes:Allow teabag to sit for several minutes in hot water for a richer taste.+ Goes well with sugar, sweetener or honey.+ Goes well with milk (including non-dairy)+ Also goes well with an assorted range of biscuits; Custard Creams and Nice biscuits are my favourites for tea! Thanks for reading. Enjoy your cuppa! ☕I like a nice cup of tea when I have a break and a biscuit, has to be good tea, not cheap rubbish, these Tetley tea bags hit just the spot. In this pack you are getting 240 quality teabags for £2.99 and they are delivered the next working day on Prime, just can't beat it!These teabags are full of flavour, and depending on how one likes their tea, these sure enough make a nice cuppa. I prefer my tea with sugar and milk, I don't pour boiling water straight in my cup, I let the water settle for a minute or two then pour the freshly boiled water in. Leave this to brew for about three minutes, take the teabag out, one teaspoon of sugar and a tad of milk, lovely!I also keep the used teabags and empty the contents around my garden roses, I'm sure the tea contains lots of nutrients.Highly recommended!Used this tea for years usually buy 420 bags from supermarket but none in stock for weeks hence the purchase of two 240 packs. Everybody seems to boil the water but on the Tetley website it says let the water come off the boil as boiling water can burn the tea. Maybe Boris is right would getting a new kettle that has temperature control save you money. If 80°C is the ideal temperature for this tea? then why waste money boiling it!It seems the quality of Tetley tea has taken a nose dive recently. The tea within the teabags, was effectively a very fine dust. Resulting in a very poor cuppa. The rim of the cup and the top of the tea, was covered in fine powder. The quality has plummeted and my loyalty will now go elsewhere. It tastes awful, looks awful and has lost it's appeal.
