Everything is a learning lesson -- I thought I was buying the 'flavor' of chai (ie like chai tea or coffee from your fav vendor) but it's not flavored like that you have to spice it yourself if you want that... HOWEVER, that being said it's actually a really nice tea so no complaints, just lesson learned!
