Okay, perhaps it’s my fault that white mulberry tea is working me over like it has been for several days. I’m probably drinking too much of it.My normal practice is to make a big pitcher of tea out of a lot of different teas and drink it over a couple days. When the mulberry bags arrived I used four of those and added four orange spice and two family size decaf black tea bags. The taste was mild and suitable for all-day consumption. The next day I was extremely constipated. That is unusual for me, more used to the other direction if you get my drift.In another day or so I repeated the tea recipe, and was again bound up to a terrible degree. I have to blame the perhaps excessive use of white mulberry tea.Just a caveat! Use with caution and no more than directed.
