I could never convince myself to cook a bone soup with veggies some you eat and some that you only use for the flavor and then you would toss it after the soup cooked. And you would have to separate everything and strain the soup and strain again. Too much work for a working girl. But I wanted the soup, it’s so good for us with all that collagen in it. These bags are seriously a time saver. They are large enough, they didn’t rip from the bones. It was so easy to load the bags, tie a knot, put them in the pot, cook, removed the bags with silicon pinchers since they were hot. Cut the bags open and done. I only had to use the strainer a little bit kinder fished out the smaller bones and some foam. But no churning and pouring. Now I can’t stop making this soup. 1 pack has 8 boil bags. Good quality!!
