I bought this because my blanket always slides off my shoulders when I sleep and I wake up shivering. This pad works. I didn't buy it for pain relief but it does keep my neck and shoulders warm during sleep. The temperature control is adequate for my purposes. I don't want hot heat, just enough warmth to keep me comfortable. The cord gets in my way sometimes but it has to be somewhere to get the benefits, so I put up with it. The auto-shutoff is restrictive but safety seems to be part of living in the 21st century, so I'll have to get used to it.Following a rotator cuff surgery, my wife wanted something to soothe her shoulder. This heating pad was the logical choice, and it does the job very well. It also warms her neck which has been giving her problems for some time. She loves it — especially the way the little magnets near the collar keep it closed around your neck. I recently injured my lower back (again), and have been positioning it above my hips as I sit on the sofa with a pillow to keep the heating pad in place. It works very well for that as well. The covering is very soft, and the overall construction is very good. I think this was an excellent purchase for the moneyWell, I ordered this heat wrap because I would be visiting for a month with family. Running the stairs to heat a microwave yep wrap was surely not going to work for me. So, I ordered this wrap that uses house circuit and I am in love with it so much so I ordered another one for my use at home. The wrap fits well around my neck and shoulders and the heat control works well. The material is high quality and I like that the wrap can be washed if needed. Most importantly, this wrap gives me pain relief and helps me get the trigger point knots, tight bands of muscles and ligaments to relax from the painful spasms. I have used it for relief of pain in my lower back too.This brand really makes some great products. I have their flossers and massagers. It’s getting a little chilly so I decided to get their heating pad. And it was probably the best idea I’ve had in a while. My main goal was to just warm up on chilly days but this pad helps me with neck pain and helps my wife with period cramps. So safe to say killed 3 birds with one stone. Extremely satisfied.Great product. Heats up fast, the medium gets very warm to the point that I have to turn it down to the low setting after about 5 minutes. The heat is very localized to the neck and shoulders and helps with my fibromyalgia pain. Plus it has an extra long cord.great heat. easy to wrap around neck and shoulders. my biggest con is it shuts off after 2 hours, should be at least 4 to 6. also if i use it on my knee i have to use bandanas to keep it in place.Nice heating pad! Pain relief, softness, comfortI spend a lot of time in front of the desk. I take this thing to work every single day and bring it back home. It's that necessary for me. Will probably end up buying my second one. Don't wanna brag about the features or the product, just do yourself a favor and treat yourself or a loved one if they're stressed or have back/neck pain.
