This is a thin nylon drawstring bag and would work well for transporting items like light gym clothes. It wont' do so well with folders, books, tablets, etc., as I found out. These items will wear a hole in the nylon, as mine did after only two months of use a few times per week with just gym clothes and an iPad. It was fairly cheap when I bought it, so I can't say I'm surprised, but even other cheap drawstring bags I've had usually manage to last longer than a couple months. There are a lot of similar bags available on Amazon, and the pricing and selection seem to continually change (this one isn't even available from the same seller anymore as I write this review) but you may wish to consider spending a few more dollars more (still not very expensive) on one that's a bit more durable. I just purchased the Great for using with appropriate iron on vinyl. My 8 year old daughter plays soccer (she's on the precursor to the travel team in our area) and needed a new drawstring/soccer bag to carry her stuff to and from practice and games. Purple is one of her favorite colors, this was the perfect size, and it's what she wanted! It has worked perfectly! She tosses in her cleats and/or slides for before/after, her water, snack, tissues, sunscreen, (I put in some bandaids and neosporin), and her ball. If it looks like it might be chilly and/or rainy, she puts in a windbreaker or sweatshirt. And it fits comfortably on her back, looks cute (which is important to her), and has held up well! Very pleased with my purchase! :)The bag is worth the money. I use it for gym clothes and it serves its purpose. I'm not, however sure how it would hold up with sharp objects like books and or ink pins. The fabric "might" not be durable enough for that. The bag is worth the money though. One thing that I didn't like was that I ordered two different colored bags and amazon sent me two different deliveries and charged me two different shipping fees. The bag wa also a little smaller than I expected too. Just enough room for pants, shirt, underwear, and flip flop shoes. The bag has mostly fallen apart after almost 2 months usage. It is not made from durable materials. I use this everyday and put my wallet, keys, and phone inside of it. The mesh constantly has strings of the material coming off, which is kind of cute and also sometimes annoying. The inside zipper pocket has completely broken apart and now there is no separation between the zipper pocket and the main sleeve inside the bag. This isn't so bad, but I'm concerned how long it will be before the entire bag has gaps in the material where things can fall out. I no longer will be using it as my all-around bag, and am buying an Adidas version.I purchased this bag about 1 year ago. I use it for carrying groceries when I'm on my bike. The bag has lasted me MUCH longer than I ever would've imagined. After a year the seams are beginning to tear at the top but I think it is only because I've been quite rough with it. This bag can hold quite a bit of weight. The drawstrings are heavy duty and the corners are reinforced so the drawstrings won't tear through with too much weight. The best part is the large carrying capacity. I can easily fit a 12" frozen pizza (In the box) in the bag with a little room to spare. The bag, itself, is great. seems well-made, seems durable. Haven't abused it, but it works fine so far. No reason to think it will fall apart.But.Comfort.The yarn-like cordage that hangs the bag on your shoulders? Well, you better be 12 yrs old because it is short and 'tight'. Not for an adult. So if you buy the bag because its a good bag at a good price, super. Just plan to head to Michael's or wherever to find something to replace the cordage with a length appropriate for user and bag content.I roll this bag up as small as I can and carry it in my purse. If I accumulate too much stuff to carry in my purse as the day goes on, out comes the drawstring bag and I can carry lighter items on my back. The only problem is if you try put too much weight in the bag, the string "straps" cut into your shoulders and get uncomfortable pretty quickly. The bag is well made and is holding up well after several weeks of use. Highly recommended!Handy to have for carrying stuff
