I've been trying to "expand my tea horizons" lately and, on the recommendation of my Scottish sister-in-law, I tried Typhoo. I have to say that I seriously doubt I'll ever buy another brand. The "red" Typhoo is excellent - bold and robust, yet smooth. I had actually intended to order the "gold" package Typhoo tea and ordered the "red" by mistake. Fortunately for me, Typhoo quality means I am never disappointed, even when I order the "wrong" one.Delivery time from UK to US was given as nearly a month. However, my shipment arrived in a little over two weeks.I love this stuff. My Nan drank about 20 cups a day and lived to 90. I'm a cheapskate so I balk at the price, but it is the only tea I can get a proper cuppa with one bag so it's a good deal considering. If you don't prefer good strong tea you'd better get that bag out pronto. My Texan husband and his kinfolk drink unsweetened ice tea all year, all have said it's the only tea that maintains good strong flavor.The ad shows a picture of three packages with the caption "80 bags per pack." I thought I was buying what was in the picture, three 80-pack boxes. Silly me. I should have known it was too good to be true. If I had scrolled down to the product description I would have known it was ONE box. Oh well, fool me once, shame on me, ....... you know the rest. BTW, the tea also arrive one day later than my two-day Prime membership promised.To me, it's the best English tea around. I've been drinking it since 1974. Very smooth. My Mum might disagree. She likes PG Tips. Sorry, Mum!This is a tea I fell in love with while in the U.K. I am glad I was able to purchase it in the states.Great tea.
