My wide and I drink a LOT of tea and oolong is her favorite, so we've ordered this twice and we plan on ordering more soon.Love the butterfly brand! A little exspensive but worth it!This ties the best bagged oolong I've ever had. I first had Butterfly Brand(the best green tea I've ever had) in 2002 at a Chinese restaurant that closed before I could set up a connection to continue to buy it thereafter. I then searched for it for 12 years until finding the shipping company, Fujian Import and Export, through a separate Chinese restaurant, and then found a seller listing that type(Jasmine Tea) and requested they begin selling this type. They did(obviously). This and Fujian Oolong(Sea Dyke) are the two best oolongs I've ever had(though this has topped the list as the Sea Dyke I bought from amazon was too old to appreciate and this is sold fresh. It brews best just a little below boiling and for 3-5 min.s, to taste. It'll produce a mellow and deeply satisfying oolong taste that lasts and when hot enough has a cocoa taste to it. This oolong all blow your mind.I have been in search of a good oolong tea, but unfortunately this wasn't my favorite. I tried several lately and this has a good flavor, but wasn't as strong as I prefer. Definitely a good cup of tea if brewed for 5 minutes or so. Delicate, mild flavor.Personal use. I love the tea at the Chinese restaurants. This Oolong is the flavor I enjoy. Absolutely authentic flavor.Enjoying the tea, but it seems like there might be less expensive oolong teas available.
